Why us?

Xplore Employment provides support to people to identify each person’s unique skills and interests in order to determine their job path. Our highly experienced Employment Specialist will assist with career development, job coaching and maintaining employment. Employment Specialists will work with each person, and the employer, to achieve successful employment within the Halton area. Employment supports is provided through the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development.
Eligible candidates for support are skilled, reliable, enthusiastic and ready for competitive employment. Application for this program can be provided through our Employment Specialists. People who apply for the program must be seeking a job that pays minimum wage or more. Everyone’s path to employment is different and it is our goal to help each person create a career path.
