Tracey Morrow Employment Specialist
Tracey has worked for Community living Oakville for the past 28 years. After working in the residential program, day programs, as well as after school program, Tracey joined the employment team in 2007. Since then she has developed many long standing community partnerships, as well as working relationships with the various high schools within Oakville.

Ali Ibrahim Employment Specialist
Ali works diligently with job seekers during their job trials and placements, helping to facilitate the development of the employee/employer relationship. His ultimate goal is to support people with disabilities to explore their full potential and become an integral part of the local work force.

Carolyn McCleister Employment Specialist
Carolyn is an Employment Specialist with a diverse background of experience. She has excelled as a Job Developer, Special Event Coordinator, Government Contract Administrator, and Chief Booboo Kisser (Elementary School Secretary/Health Room Attendant).

Stephanie Michie Employment Specialist
Stephanie has been an employee of Community Living Oakville since 2012. She has worked in a variety of programs including Day Services, Supported Independent Living and now as part of the Employment Services Team. Stephanie is dedicated to her work in Developmental Services and is very passionate about assisting the people she supports in achieving their career goals.

Elizabeth Cena Employment Specialist
Elizabeth is facilitating our Job Launch pre-employment program where she is devoted to preparing job seekers with the necessary skills for employment. Having gained employment experience during her SSW studies, her previous role as Residential Counsellor allowed her to connect individuals with mental health and addiction issues back into the workforce.

Cherie Kelly Employment Specialist
Cherie has worked for CLO for the past 10 years and has recently transitioned into her role as an Employment Specialist with Xplore Employment. Her background as a social service worker has allowed her to develop skills in advocacy, active listening and social justice. Cherie is passionate about working with people to identify, create and accomplish goals that will improve overall quality and enjoyment of life.

Andrea Lee Xplore Employoment Manager
With over a decade of experience in the field of employment supports, Andrea is as skilled as she is passionate about connecting those with disabilities with jobs that they love! In her role, she manages a team that helps teach critical tools and employable skills to help persons with disabilities thrive in opportunities with local employers. Andrea strongly believes that employment helps to empower individuals with a disability, both socially and economically, and is an important component to cultivating an inclusive community!
